Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only processed for:
Products returned within 7 days of delivery
Items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Orders with a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Refund Process
Customer contacts us via phone or email to request a refund
We review the request and provide instructions for returning the product
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is approved.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase
Processing time: 3–7 working days after approval.

Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:
Products damaged due to misuse
Items altered after delivery
Clearance, special-order, or personalized items
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items
We will arrange a full refund or replacement after verification.
