Borehole Drilling & Water Supply System for Murungai School
Overview:
This project was initiated to provide Murungai School with a sustainable and independent water supply system to meet the daily needs of students, staff, and surrounding facilities.
Scope of Work:

Hydrogeological Survey & Borehole Drilling
A professional hydrogeological survey was conducted to determine the ideal drilling point. A high-yield borehole was drilled to access clean and reliable underground water suitable for domestic and institutional use. -
Storage Tank Installation
Two [insert size, e.g., 10,000L] high-capacity water storage tanks were installed on a raised steel structure to ensure gravity-fed distribution throughout the school compound. The tanks were fitted with inlets, outlets, and overflow control for efficient water management. -
Solar Pumping System
A complete solar pumping solution was implemented, including:-
Submersible solar water pump

Solar panel array with mounting structure

Control unit for safe and automatic pump operation
This off-grid solution ensures consistent water pumping with zero electricity costs and minimal maintenance.
